Resumen


La narrativa transmedia representa hoy una auténtica revolución comunicativa; un nuevo paradigma en el modo de generar y hacer circular información y contenido; la mejor expresión de las redes tecnocomunicativas digitales; unas redes que, al propiciar entornos colaborativos, crean vínculos estrechos entre organizaciones políticas, medios y públicos. Internet y las redes sociales han empoderado a los ciudadanos comunes (pronet@rios) y obligado a las marcas de la nueva política a conocer sus intereses y valores a fin de crear conversaciones con ellos. Ellos no aportan solo opinión; son auténticos inversores emocionales, sociales e intelectuales. Sus aportaciones han llegado a ser tan importantes que la clave para medir el éxito comunicativo radica en esclarecer las gratificaciones que obtienen los pronet@rios al participar del mundo narrativo de las organizaciones y comprometerse con ellas, hasta su identificación, como fans, en la transmedial world-building.
