Por una estética de la naturaleza: la belleza natural como argumento ecologista

In this paper, I defend the thesis that the aesthetics of nature can offer to the ethics of nature one of the best ecological arguments. I believe that !he aesthetic value of nature, which was traditionally neglected by philosophy, can revitalize the discussions which take place in the ethics of nature, and allows to approach in a new way the question if nature has an intrinsic or an instrumental value.
