The Project of Naturalisation of Ethics as a Case of Interdisciplinary Research in Moral Philosophy

In this article, my aim is to give an example of a concrete practice that illustrates interdisciplinary work in the field of moral philosophy. More specifically, I will present the so-called project to naturalise ethics, which has been carried out in recent decades by both moral philosophers and scientists from various fields, as one of those examples of interdisciplinarity that can be considered fruitful. In this article, I will try to describe this project from the point of view of the contributions that come from moral and cognitive psychology, and I will try to show its potential in terms of advancing knowledge, as well as some of its limits.
